The Baltimore Ravens may have stood behind Ray Rice for months following his domestic violence arrest in February, but the team is now doing what it can to distance itself -- and its fans -- from the disgraced running back. One day after terminating Rice's contract with the team, the Ravens announced on Tuesday that fans will have an opportunity to exchange their old No. 27 jerseys at stadium stores.

Rice was released by the Ravens on Monday just hours after TMZ released a disturbing video that showed him punching his then-fiancee Janay Palmer in an elevator at an Atlantic City casino in February. Shortly after Rice was cut by the Ravens, the NFL announced he would be suspended indefinitely.

The Ravens and NFL were not the only ones looking to cut ties with Rice, who pleaded not guilty to a third-degree charge of aggravated assault in May and was accepted into a pre-trial intervention program, after viewing the TMZ footage. The producer of Ravens jerseys, Nike, also dropped Rice, reported Darren Rovell of ESPN on Tuesday.

EA Sports announced that it will remove Rice from its "Madden NFL 15" video game by the end of the week.
