U.S. Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) is 81 years old. I repeat: 81.
So understandably, people were impressed when he woke up and ran 6.21 miles from his home in Washington, D.C., to the Capitol in honor of both his birthday and Constitution Day.
Grassley tweeted about his "Home to the Dome" run early Wednesday morning:

He then clarified that 6.21 miles is a bit more than his usual three-mile runs:
