Bill Murray expressed his support last week for a rumored all-female Ghostbusters III. For one thing, he told the Toronto Star, they’d have “better outfits.” Murray even suggested possible stars in Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Linda Cardellini and Emma Stone.

In this, as in all things, Murray is right. But why stop with Ghostbusters? Here are six more classic male ensemble movies, reinvented with a cast of contemporary actresses who’d kill it in two-X-chromosome versions of those roles.
