Fergie just released her first single in six years. The singer dropped "L.A. Love (La La)" at midnight on Monday and further fueled rumors about her new album. "R u ready 4 this?" she asked fans.

It's been eight years since she released her last record, "The Dutchess," which featured hit singles like "London Bridge" and "Glamorous." Fergie's been working on this follow-up record for years and has been dropping hints about it since last year. Recently she teased that the album would be out in early 2015.

"L.A. Love (La La)" is (surprise!) a love letter to Los Angeles and describes a trip around the world by listing a lot of other cities.
