Rep. Jose Serrano (D-N.Y.) was re-elected to Congress in New York's 15th congressional district on Tuesday.

Serrano, who was first elected to Congress in 1989, defeated Conservative party candidate Eduardo Ramirez and Green party candidate William Edstrom to hold on to his seat.
