Even when Tom Brady stumbles on the field, it looks like he is complete control of the situation. When the New England Patriots quarterback dramatically fell to the turf during a "Thursday Night Football" showdown with the New York Jets it sure looked like he was flopping in hopes of picking up a few penalty yards at the expense of his rivals. The apparent dive came after seemingly light push from New York Jets defensive lineman Leger Douzable.

Just days earlier, flopping made an unexpected appearance during the MLB playoffs. It would seem that basketball and soccer may be losing their ownership of the dive.
