Give your hair a pinch of salt for a no-poo regimen.

Sherry says: "I make my own no poo -- just apple cider vinegar and salt. I do it twice a week. You just put the mixture in for a few minutes and then rinse it out. And it moisturizers as well."
Lemons can be sweet for your entire body.

Millana says: "Drink it in the morning. [Take] hot water (as if you were making a tea) and squeeze in half a lemon. It's great for your digestive system and your energy."
