Democrat Joe Bock lost to Rep. Jackie Walorski (R-Ind.) in the state's 2nd District on Tuesday.
Though former Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney won the district by 14 points in 2012, President Barack Obama beat out Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) there in 2008, leading national Democrats to put Bock's campaign on their radar.
