Mo Brooks Re-Elected To The U.S. House

Rep. Mo Brooks (R) was re-elected to Congress Tuesday from Alabama's 5th District.

Brooks attracted attention in August after he said he would "do anything short of shooting" undocumented immigrants to make them "quit taking jobs from American citizens." He also suggested that Democrats are waging a "war on whites."

No Democrat challenged Brooks, and the representative had an easy time moving on from his June primary. He beat independent candidate Mark Bray in the general election.
