Fred Upton Keeps His Seat In Congress

Rep. Fred Upton (R-Mich.) won his bid for re-election to Congress in Tuesday's midterm election. He defeated Democrat Paul Clements.

Upton was first elected to represent Michigan in 1986. Clements is a political science professor at Western Michigan University.
