Secret Service Arrests Man Near White House With Rifle, Ammo In Car Parked Nearby

The Secret Service arrested a man who had a rifle and ammunition in a car that was parked near the White House, CBS' Mark Knoller reports.

The New York Times reports Renae Kapheim, 41, of Davenport, Iowa, consented to a search of his vehicle, which was parked on 16th Street and Constitution Avenue. He's been charged with possession of an illegal firearm.
