Why Oatmeal Helps You Sleep
So I went to YJ's a few weeks ago and got some oatmeal and coffee. I wasn't expecting too much, as I've never had good oatmeal out of my house. But I had some here. And I've made it most mornings since. Just add a touch of maple syrup, some pecans, and a sliced banana to a plain bowl of oatmeal. Top with some nice, fatty coconut milk.
