Random Poker Still On The Loose

Think getting poked on Facebook is annoying? This is worse.

New Orleans police are on the lookout for a woman suspected of poking random strangers with a sharp object.

Police have identified Jeannene Meyer as the person wanted in connection with an aggravated battery Sunday night in the city's French Quarter.

According to police, Meyer, 47, walked down Decatur Street poking random people with an unknown sharp object, WWL TV reports. She appeared to be mumbling during the attacks, which were caught on surveillance video. Gauging from the video, the object looks to be about 8 inches long.

Two men, ages 28 and 62, suffered minor lacerations from Meyer's alleged pokes, but neither are believed to have gone to hospital, according to the Mirror.

Police released a mug shot of Meyer from a prior incident in hopes of tracking her down.
