2014 saw the release of two new tracks featuring Beyonce and Nicki Minaj. Could 2015 be the year we witness Rihanna and Bey uniting once and for all in the recording studio?
More Black Sitcoms On Major Networks
FOX
As statistics continue to highlight the lack of diversity in television, ABC’s ‘black-ish’ provided a breath of fresh air as one of the latest black sitcoms to air on network TV. And with the premiere of Lee Daniels’ forthcoming FOX sitcom, “Empire,” we can only hope other networks will capitalize off of the trend in the near future.

After being partly responsible for making the term T.G.I.T. a popular phrase surrounding her hit shows "Grey's Anatomy," “Scandal” and “How To Get Away With Murder,” we just can’t get enough of Shonda Rhimes. So much that we would like to see additional shows on the air produced by the award-winning director.
Kendrick Lamar's New Studio Album
YouTube
Kendrick Lamar generated more anticipation for his forthcoming as-yet-untitled studio album with the release of the project’s lead single, “I.” And while Drake, Lil Wayne, and Kanye West are also expected to release new albums in 2015, the Compton native may very well have the most anticipated album of the year.

While Kevin Hart dominated the Box office in 2014 two of comedy’s biggest names also made their return to the limelight, as Chris Rock released his latest film “Top Five,” and Dave Chappelle selling out multiple shows during his standup stint at Radio City Music Hall. With that said, could 2015 mark the duo embarking on a “Watch The Throne”-esque tour? We sure hope so!
