Fatherhood seems to agree with new dad Ryan Reynolds, and he doesn't hold back when it comes to helping out with baby.

"I've even tried breastfeeding," he joked to People at the Sundance Film Festival on Saturday.

“It’s frustrating for the baby and frankly disturbing for me," he said.

Reynolds and his wife, Blake Lively, welcomed their first child, a girl, in December.

Reynolds, 38, was at the indie gathering for his new movie "Mississippi Grind," in which he plays a gambler.

But his real-life role of new dad is perhaps the most rewarding of all.

He told USA Today he was a little "shaken" because it was the first time away from home since his daughter was born.

And, yeah, like most first-time parents, he's tired.

"It's amazing how you can be so happy and then so exhausted in the same moment," he told the paper. "It's like cocaine without the dark alleys of shame."
