Raspberry Cheesecake Jars

Makes 6 servings
1/4 c. whole milk
2 c. fresh raspberries
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. graham crackers, crushed
Zest from 1 lemon
3 Tbsp. honey
6 8-oz. mason jars
Drizzle the honey onto the cream cheese. Add lemon zest and milk, and mix until smooth.
Layer the ingredients into a mason jar: 2 Tbsp. cream cheese mixture, 6-7 raspberries, 2 Tbsp. graham crackers. Repeat!
Serve immediately or store in a refrigerator for up to 3 days.
