This kid just wants Dilbert, Ziggy and Peanuts to come back.

Newsmen are jerks. We know. Your complaints do not go unread. But it's not every day that you get called out by an 8-year-old.

That's precisely what happened to Bob Zaltsberg, editor-in-chief of The Herald-Times in Indiana. The paper's controversial decision to replace 13 comic strips in its print edition did not go unnoticed by an irate Bloomington boy, who called Zaltsburg and left him a colorful voicemail.

Here's audio of the call (contains profanity):

His mom tells him "no threats," and the child obeys. But his potty-mouthed wrath isn't so easily bottled up.

"I thought it was a very funny thing," Zaltsburg told Jim Romensko. "But still, an 8-year-old calling me a shithole isn't that pleasant."
