Jusuf Nurkic, the NBA’s rookie darling, recently met with about 150 Special Olympics athletes to give them some shooting and dribbling advice. That’s great, obviously. But then Nurkic also asked some to sign his shirt, which is unambiguously endearing.
This, of course, is very different from the Nurkic we have come to know and love on the basketball court. Brownie points all around.
