Elisabeth Moss Is Totally Down For A 'Mad Women' Spinoff

We won't know how the final season of "Mad Men" ends until May, but online speculation postulates that the last episode could lead into a spinoff called "Mad Women," in which Peggy and Joan strike out on their own and found a new agency. Christina Hendricks hadn't heard about the potential partnership when HuffPost asked her about it this week, but Elisabeth Moss was definitely into the idea during a Thursday interview with HuffPost Live.

"I would totally do that because I love Joan so much, and I love Peggy and Joan's relationship. I think [Hendricks] is one of the most incredibly brilliant actresses. She devastates me whenever I watch her," Moss said.

The actress told host Ricky Camilleri that she wouldn't rule out a spinoff, but she wants to see "Mad Men" -- which returns April 5 on AMC -- come to a close before she plans her next move on television.

"There could be [a spinoff], yeah. It's very much not up to me. But I'm not one to look a gift horse in the mouth, so we never know," Moss said. "But I think I'll pause just a second and let people enjoy 'Mad Men' before I would do another TV thing."
