Shaq Eats It On 'Inside the NBA,' Immediately Becomes An Internet Meme

He handled it like a champ.

The bigger they are, the harder they fall, and when you're as big as Shaq, you can fall pretty hard.

The 7'1", 325-pound NBA legend took a tumble on the set of the "Inside the NBA" halftime report on TNT during Wednesday night's Rockets-Clippers playoff game. He appeared to get tangled up in a cable and went down so hard he literally fell out of his shoe.

Being Shaq -- in other words, being AWESOME -- he immediately hopped on Twitter to make fun of himself. "Dam I'm clumsy," he tweeted with a video of the plunge, along with "I almost broke my dam leg lol."

But then he took it to Shaq-tastic new levels, offering to pay $500 for whoever turned his fall into the best #Shaqtinafall meme:

The hashtag, #Shaqtinafall, is a play on his "Shaqtin' a Fool" segment on "Inside the NBA," which highlights crazy moments on and off the court.

Already, #Shaqtinafall has given us some instant classics:

There have even been some video entries:

So far, however, the big man has an early favorite:

Shaq, who describes himself on Twitter as "VERY QUOTATIOUS, I PERFORM RANDOM ACTS OF SHAQNESS," is still accepting entries under the #Shaqtinafall hashtag as of late Wednesday night -- so break out the Photoshop and get to work.
