When you're the NBA MVP and you're playing a good game, you expect an occasional high-five from a hometown fan. But from a supporter of the other team at said other team's arena? We can all agree that's pretty surprising.
Yet, that's exactly what happened to Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors on Monday. A spectator wearing a Memphis Grizzlies T-shirt gave Curry a high-five while he was busy destroying the Grizzlies, going for 33 points in a 101-84 Warriors victory, which tied the series 2-2.
Curry deserved the congrats, even from the enemy.
