This week, we picked up quite a few tips from all the celebs who made our best-dressed list.

Supermodel Heidi Klum showed us the perfect outfit for traveling, Tracee Ellis Ross proved that navy and black can work together in the spring, and Emmy Rossum reminded us that gingham is here to stay.

Check out our favorite looks of the week and let us know if you agree with our picks.

  • Navy and black work in spring, too.

Tracee Ellis Ross: Okay, so navy and black might not seem like an obviously color combination for spring, but Ross has managed to make it work. Her lightweight cami shows just the right amount of skin and her bright lipstick makes her ensemble seasonally appropriate.
  • Go gingham or go home.

Emmy Rossum in Aqua: Are we the only ones who want to wear this dress all summer long? Her outfit is both incredibly on-trend, and cool and casual for these warm spring days. The belt helps to define her waist and those nude heels are making her legs look even longer.
  • A long train can go a long way.

Jourdan Dunn in Ralph & Russo: What makes this dress so stunning isn't the beautiful embellishments or the impeccable fit -- it's the drama of the long train. The extra fabric on the floor helps to balance out the sheer element of the gown, creating one stunning look.
  • Florals don't have to be overtly feminine.

Carla Gugino in Rochas: Most people who don't consider their style particularly girly try to steer clear of florals. But there are ways to wear the pattern without compromising personal taste. Simply try choosing a floral that incorporates darker colors and ensure that your accessories are more minimal.
  • Detailing around the chest can help enhance the bust.

Izabel Goulart in Georges Hobeika: We've said it once and we'll say it again, wearing yellow can be tough, but it looks like Goulart picked the perfect shade for her complexion. Not only is the shape beautiful on the model, but the architectural detailing on her bust is a great trick to help make a smaller bust appear larger.
  • Casual outfits can still look put together.

Heidi Klum: If only we all looked this glamorous at the airport. Here, Klum was spotted at LAX looking casual, comfortable and put together. Many people equate off-duty style with sloppiness, but flared denim, a polished jacket and a pair of sunnies can amp up any look.
