The 44-year-old "Live with Kelly and Michael" co-host debuted her new look on Instagram on Tuesday, when she posted a bunch of similarly hued emojis and gave stylist Ryan Trygstad a shout out for transforming her locks. "🌸🍒🍓💗💖🎀 for the love of P!NK @ryantrygstadhair you are boss!" Ripa captioned the Instagram snap.

“They call me pinkie galore,” Ripa told the audience and viewers of her show on Wednesday, as it was the first time she was taking her newly colored hair on national television.

“Every time I go on vacation I dye my hair a different color,” she explained. “It usually washes out and this will wash out. It’s part of my tradition -- I like to have fun for a few weeks. I literally sat there with pink hair dye, multiple shades of pink on my hair for hours. I get very bored. I’ve had the same color for six months at least, and that’s a long time for me.”

Ripa joins Kaley Cuoco, Julianne Hough, Hilary Duff and even Madonna to recently embrace pink hair.
