If there's one thing we know about Bethany Hamilton, it's that she's not one to shy away from a challenge. Motherhood, however, is a whole new ball game, and for this new mama, the struggle is definitely real.
Hamilton has shared a few precious photos of her little one on social media, including the recent one below of stubborn baby Tobias refusing to burp on the beach in Hawaii.
"Burping a baby is not as simple as you may think," she wrote on the Instagram post. "My husband is the master and I follow in his footsteps 😂#OneArmCan #burpalldayallnight #SeaWithB."
The 25-year-old professional surfer continued to surf through the first six months of her pregnancy, even competing in one of the most challenging women's surf contests in the world.
Yet while it may seem like the son of a determined surfer is destined for a life in the ocean, according to Hamilton, her son isn't quite ready to embrace the water just yet.
"Tobias had his first time in the ocean with his papa!!!" she wrote on Instagram.
