Taylor Swift is undoubtedly one of the world's leading platonic friends, and now we have it on good authority that she's a pretty great girlfriend, too.
In a phone interview with KISS FM UK, Scottish DJ Calvin Harris, Swift's boyfriend of several months, gushed about his relationship with the "Style" singer.
“It’s going absolutely fantastic," he said. “It’s interesting because obviously there’s different things written about it every day and even if we don't do anything publicly for a while, someone will make something up.”
Still, Harris said he doesn't really mind the intense scrutiny from fans and media outlets. “For me it could be a lot worse and I’d still be like insanely happy with her, so I’m good with it.”
The superstar duo were first spotted together in March and have been fairly private about their growing relationship (these are Harris' first public comments on the subject). Earlier this month, Swift shared a snap of the two lovebirds getting cozy during 4th of July festivities, captioning the photo, "Friendly relations between Scotland and America."
Harris also plugged his new single, an upbeat, dance-friendly collaboration with Disciples called "How Deep Is Your Love" during the interview.
