Twitter CEO: 'You Don't Like Hearts? How About Trump's Face?'

In an effort to reach a broader audience, Twitter changed the "fav" feature from a star symbol to a seemingly inoffensive heart symbol. Backlash ensued from users who said that the change took away their ability to bookmark tweets, forced them to communicate that they "endorse" tweets, and basically limited them on the social site.

The Huffington Post has secured an open letter that Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey has written to address the concerns of users on Twitter who were so affected the symbol change.
