Gavin Rossdale Speaks Out For The First Time Since News Of Alleged Affair Surfaced

"My children come first."

Gavin Rossdale has spoken out for the first time since news he allegedly cheated on his estranged wife, Gwen Stefani, surfaced earlier this month.

The rocker attended the 26th annual Chris Evert/Raymond James Pro-Celebrity Tennis Classic in Boca Raton, Florida over the weekend, where he spoke to People magazine about his three sons with Stefani. He made sure to keep mum about the alleged affair, but couldn't help but gush about his kids.

Rossdale, who wore his wedding band to the event, told the magazine, "The boys interact so well, and they truly love each other."

He added, "They are so sweet and protective of each other, and they have little dance parties. I am always on the lookout to see what they are doing next and how they are working their naughty habits!"

Rossdale also said that his "children come first" when it comes to recording new music and setting a touring schedule with his band Bush.

Rossdale was spotted wearing his wedding ring earlier this month, just a day after the cheating rumors surfaced. According to Us Weekly, he had a three-year affair with the family nanny, Mindy Mann.

Rossdale and Stefani, who were married for nearly 13 years, filed for divorce back in August after announcing their split. They are now waiting for a judge to sign off on their legal documents to make the divorce final.

Meanwhile, Stefani's romance with her fellow "Voice" coach Blake Shelton has been heating up. Stefani didn't shy away from showing some PDA last week on the reality competition show when she ran into Shelton's arms in front of the audience.
