Gwyneth Paltrow Thinks Robbery At Her Goop Store Is Good Publicity

No such thing as bad press!

According to actress Gwyneth Paltrow, there's a silver lining to stealing.

Paltrow recently opened up a Goop pop-up shop in NYC, which was subsequently robbed just a few days later. According to the police, thieves broke open a cabinet and made off with $173,000 worth of merchandise.

Gwyn's mom, Blythe Danner, told Us Weekly on Thursday that her daughter thought the incident was actually a good thing.

"She said, 'You know, it's OK. It's more attention. It's more publicity for Goop,'" said Danner. "She always has a great spin on things. I admire her tenacity. She's so much like her dad."

Like the old saying goes, there's no such thing as bad publicity.

And if you can't make it to Gwyn's Goop shop before it closes it's doors, she's offered up a handy gift guide for the holidays.
