Watch 3 Terrified Dogs Get Rescued From The Side Of A Steep Mountain

A story that takes place on a freezing mountain has a heartwarming ending.

The side of an arduous mountain isn’t a natural habitat for a domesticated dog. So when the rescue group, Hope For Paws, got a call that three dog sisters were stranded 7,600-feet above sea level in the mountains of Wrightwood, California, they immediately sent out a group to save the girls from the chilly, 20 degrees Fahrenheit ridge.

The trio of pups were frightened when help arrived, but Ginger, the smallest of the three, did approach her rescuers as soon as they began to tempt her with a little bit of food.

Because Ginger was bolder than her sisters, Sage and Emma, Hope For Paws decided to rescue her first.

Yet, they never suspected that as soon as they got a collar around her neck that the small, starving dog would unleash a tornado of fright that would force her to severely thrash on the ground.

Rescuers flew into action as soon as Ginger began to panic and showered her with affection until she was relaxed enough to embark on a rescue that, although atop of a freezing mountain, is warm enough to melt any heart.
