Rob Kardashian Posts Selfie On Instagram Weeks After Diabetes Diagnosis

The reality star deleted all of his other photos.

New year, new Rob?

Rob Kardashian posted a selfie on Instagram Wednesday morning for his 4.4 million followers, just a few weeks after being diagnosed with diabetes.

The 28-year-old is seen wearing a bandanna over most of his face and also appears to be wearing a beanie. Kardashian deleted all of the other photos on his account.

The photo doesn't appear to be recent, as TMZ noted that it first appeared on Rob's 27th birthday in 2014.

Rob hasn't appeared on an episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" in quite some time and has reportedly been struggling with his health.

In late December, TMZ reported that Kardashian was hospitalized and diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. His sister Khloe Kardashian opened up to E! News in April 2015 about some of Rob's struggles.

"It's not just one thing. I think it's a ton of things," said Khloe to E!'s Maria Menounos. "The loss of my father, he's never really dealt with -- he went straight into college after that happened and kind of pushed everything aside and manifested himself in college and did so well and succeeded in school ... Also, losing Lamar in his life [when Khloe and Lamar Odom separated] was a big thing for him because he lost his next father-slash-brother figure."
