This Striking PSA's Twist Ending Is Dark -- And Eye-Opening

Whoa.

Mom and "Saturday Night Live" alum Rachel Dratch stars in a new PSA from Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America and Everytown for Gun Safety.

Titled “What could go wrong,” the video is a playful take on the "happy family"-themed ads that are so pervasive today.

"I woke up at 6:30 to walk the dog and pack a lunch for fourth grader with a peanut allergy and a 7 year old who thinks bananas taste like butts!" Dratch's mom character says cheerfully as she clutches a laundry basket and grabs a pair of scissors from her young daughter's hands.

But the blissful video takes a darker turn when Dratch and her commercial family sit down for a fun dinner at a pizzeria.

The PSA is meant to raise awareness of the laws in many states that allow guns in bars and restaurants that serve alcohol.

Dratch sums up the message at the end of the video when she looks straight into the camera and mouths, "What the f**k."
