Since 2012, Dr. Dara Richardson-Heron has served as the CEO of the YWCA, an organization on the forefront of eliminating racism and empowering women. She joined HuffPost Live on Tuesday to discuss her dedication to the causes, and how the organization is using February's Black History Month to talk about "all the great things that African-Americans do and the contributions we have made to this world."
