Yes, you are old.

Celebrities -- they're just like us! Except for the money, fame and consistent exposure. Oh, and the fact that they've accomplished way more by the ripe old age of 23 than most of us ever will in our entire lives.

From Oscar winners to Olympians, here are 23 celebrities you didn't realize were 23 or younger -- get ready to feel old:

1. Sam Smith, 23

Sam Smith's career took off when he appeared on Disclosure's hit single "Latch" in 2012. Since then, Smith has earned multiple hits and even scored an Oscar this year for his James Bond theme song, "Writing's on the Wall."

2. Kate Upton, 23

Upton first made an impression on the public when a video of her doing the "Dougie" went viral in 2011. The same year, then 18-year-old Upton was voted Sports Illustrated's Rookie of the Year. At just 23, the model/actress has appeared on multiple magazine covers and in a few movies, most notably "The Other Woman."

3. John Boyega, 23

4. Josh Hutcherson, 23

The singer/actress/model appeared in Disney's "Shake It Up" and scored a radio banger with her song "Replay" in 2013. At just 19, Zendaya stars in "K.C. Undercover" and recently became a CoverGirl.

Trainor took over the music charts in 2014 with her hit "All About That Bass," from her album "Title," which later went platinum. The song also earned Trainor two Grammy nominations in 2015, and this year at the award show, the singer took home the Best New Artist accolade.

The former child star is all grown up! Breslin first gained fame for her role in the movie "Signs," following it with a scene-stealing performance in "Little Miss Sunshine" in 2006. Breslin recently completed the first season of the Fox show "Scream Queens."

As a 16-year-old member of US women's gymnastic team, Douglas took home two gold medals at the 2012 Olympics in London, making history as the first black gymnast to ever win gold in the All-Around category. She plans to compete at the 2016 Olympic games in Rio de Janeiro.
