Thanks To Stephen Colbert, Kids Understand The Election Better Than We Do

"She kind of seems like a grandma who gives you candy."

Stephen Colbert discussed the election with the "key under-7 demographic" for Wednesday's "Late Show."

Both the host and kids expressed sharp insight into the presidential candidates. Describing Hillary Clinton to the children, Colbert said, "She kind of seems like a grandma who gives you candy but it's not the kind of candy that you like but you eat it anyway 'cause that's all the candy that there is."

When it came time to review Donald Trump, Colbert directed the conversation to the Republican's hair.

According to one student, "It's a creepy creature that crawled on top of him."

You said it, kid.
