Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are officially almost divorced.

On Friday, the former NBA player responded to the reality TV star’s divorce filing, according to court documents obtained by People, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.

Odom’s response comes close to two months after Kardashian submitted the initial filing in May, her second attempt at separating from her estranged husband of nearly seven years.

According to E! News, Odom has asked the court to deny any spousal support for Kardashian, in addition to requesting that all legal fees be shouldered by his soon-to-be ex-wife.

The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star first filed for divorce in December 2013, but the couple didn’t officially sign their divorce papers until July 2015. Odom was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel in October 2015, and Kardashian called off the divorce the following week.

“This is a very delicate and difficult time for both Lamar and Khloé, and the most sensible thing to do at such a time is not make any big moves and put everything on hold,” a source told People at the time. “So that’s what she is doing.”

Now, Kardashian and Odom will play the waiting game until the courts signs off on the divorce, a process TMZ reports typically lasts about six months.

In the meantime, Kardashian has been linked to many potential suitors, most recently R&B singer Trey Songz, who was spotted with her in Las Vegas earlier this month.

Hey, if there’s one thing we know about Kardashian, she has no interest in moving in slow motion.
