The Center for Disaster Philanthropy has launched a CrowdRise campaign to provide support to the victims of the attack. The organization is assessing the best path for distributing funds directly to those affected, victims’ families and to local nonprofits providing critical services, the CDF President Bob Ottenhoff told HuffPost.

“As Americans, we answered the call for similar needs following the Boston Marathon bombing and the recent Orlando nightclub shooting,” the campaign page reads. “Today, our hearts go out to those in France.”
