Merry Christmas, From Samantha Bee And Glenn Beck

Is this how you pictured end times?

Samantha Bee and Glenn Beck will appear together on Monday night’s “Full Frontal” for a conversation brought to us by Christmas and Donald Trump’s election.

It’s a highly unlikely alliance made by the outspoken liberal late-night host and the outspoken conservative radio commenter, both outfitted in cheery Christmas sweaters in two teasers released over the weekend.

“Is this how you pictured end times?” Bee asks in one clip.

While the two seem to have little in common, the 2016 presidential election cycle has actually nudged Beck away from the conservative fringe he’d long occupied.

Although he has said that Hillary Clinton is “cyanide” and “a stereotypical bitch” with a “vocal range” that upsets him, Beck has consistently used his platform to speak strongly against Trump and “spooky” alt-right white nationalists. Beck also spoke out to praise Michelle Obama’s anti-Trump speech in October after years of harshly criticizing her husband, President Obama, whom Beck has called a racist. He now regrets that insult, he told The New Yorker; in September, The New York Times ran an opinion piece written by Beck encouraging support for the Black Lives Matter movement. The Atlantic published a feature on him in its January-February issue titled “Glenn Beck’s Regrets.”

Perhaps Bee will get to the root of Beck’s apparent change of heart ― or maybe they’ll just model some awesome Christmas sweaters.

We’ll find out Monday night.

Full Frontal with Samantha Bee” airs Mondays at 10:30 ET on TBS.
