Here's The First Photo Of Stephen Colbert's 'The Daily Show' Reunion

"It's really happening!"

Every show you once liked seems to be coming back. “Arrested Development.” “Gilmore Girls.” That San Francisco home that has, like, way too many people plus a dog.

Now the Jon Stewart–helmed version of “The Daily Show” is having its own reunion, albeit not on Netflix but instead on Stephen Colbert’s “The Late Show.” Stewart, Samantha Bee, John Oliver, Ed Helms and Rob Corddry are all appearing on the May 9 episode. ”The Late Show” Twitter shared a photo of the group presumably rehearsing on a set that seems to have been specially created for the brief revival.

All your favorite wacky characters with the best one-liners (or “fake news heroes,” as the show’s Twitter suggests) will be hanging out and making us laugh once again.

Colbert and his late-night competition are dealing with sweeps at the moment, meaning the host needs his viewership to be especially high right now.

If you grew up watching the lovable hijinks Colbert and his friends would get up to on “The Daily Show,” consider tuning in to see how all their lives have changed since then.
