Nicole Kidman Just Became The Toughest Critic Of Giada De Laurentiis' Cooking

"It's a little tough."

“Haven’t you made any kind of balls before?” Giada De Laurentiis asks on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” in what turns out to be an extremely unconventional cooking segment.

The balls are to become arancini (rice balls), and the process is interspersed with chaos, chatter and laughter before moving on to make focaccia out of pizza dough. But Giada’s dough turns out not to impress ― and it especially doesn’t impress fellow guest Nicole Kidman, who calls the final product “a little tough,” and then takes it out of her mouth.

Watch:

While Kidman was the one to admit the focaccia was tough, the look on DeGeneres’ face as she tries to take a bite out of one says just as much.
