A new study conducted by scientists at the universities of Durham and St Andrews revealed that women prefer men with more feminine facial features (fuller lips, wider eyes, thin curved eyebrows) as long-term partners because they felt that men with masculine features (square jaws, larger noses and smaller eyes) were more likely to stray.
This is good news for Brad Pitt, Orlando Bloom, John Edwards and their elfin-featured brethren. In the meantime, those who aren't genetically blessed with soft faces keep trying just a little too hard to be loved.
