An oceanfront Palm Beach mansion Donald Trump owns is under contract for sale to an unnamed foreign buyer for $100 million - the property's official asking price - according to sources close to the billionaire real estate mogul.

The 80,000-square-foot property at 515 N. County Road sits on 6 acres and has 475 feet of unobstructed oceanfront, making the price per linear foot $210,526.

In a telephone interview Wednesday, Trump would not comment on the just-signed contract except to say that the property "is the best piece of land anywhere." The deal reflects the still-booming mansion market in Palm Beach, a market seemingly immune to the gyrations in the residential real estate industry.

"It speaks to the absolute wonder of Palm Beach and why everybody wants to be here," said Susan Polan, a broker associate with Illustrated Properties Real Estate of Palm Beach.

The unnamed buyer is considering tearing down the recently remodeled mansion and possibly subdividing the property, according to sources. Although bulldozing an 80,000-square-foot luxury estate might seem bizarre for the average homeowner, it's nothing new for ultra-rich buyers willing to pay huge sums for precious oceanfront property.

Trump paid the fire-sale price of $41.35 million for the estate in 2004.

One would almost have to tear it down. Short of pressure washing the inside, how would you ever get the stench of human filth (i.e., Trump) out of the house?

The bathroom will reek of hairspray for years to come - just as a result of the massive combovers that have occurred there.

Most people (sheeple) in this country--and by most I mean 99%--would look at these photos and drool. They're brainwashed and spiritually corrupted, and your words will mean nothing to them. In fact, they will just laugh you off, call you 'kook' and 'new ager' and 'socialist' and all the other words their indoctrination centers (schools) have taught them to hurl at ones such as you (and me).

There is a light at the end of the tunnel. It's called Peak Oil. Not long from now, disgusting places like these will be seen for what they are ... disgusting. Cruel economics will wake the sheeple up, not you, not I.

Trump is a corrupted soul. That he--that anybody--needs, or wants, or in any way finds his little Palm Beach spread desirable says all you need to know about him.

Sweet deal for somebody. But it looks to me like yes, there's a whole lot of "This Old House" to do. The person who built that mansion, originally, did not seem to have much taste. But "The Donald" certainly got his 110% out of it. Nice volley!

Hey, People. Don't believe the Bullshit Artist Trump until you see the contract. I guaranty you there is some funny money in the price somewhere. Like the price is being paid by only a small portion in cash and the rest secured only by the property and is to be paid after development and resale of the subdivided lots. That may not be it. But there is something Mr. BS isn't saying.
