Now we can see why one of the most important issues for Republicans in the Inheritance tax.
He seems to like to buy multiple properties in close proximity to each other. 10-13 of them.
The values of the ones in La Jolla are understated, including the beachfront one on which he didnt pay his taxes.

Not sure if all of you Barry lovers actually read the details on the Rezko case or if it is just a case of cognitive dissonance......but here's the deal.......Barry bought his house for $1.4 million dollars in Chicago (yeah.....he's living with the people). On the same day......Rezko bought the property next door to Barry for $600k. Hmmmm. Then, less than a year later, he sold it to Barry for $100k.

Cindy's dad and his lquor business have always had MOB ties. He was CONVICTED by a

Federal jury in AZ in 1948 on 7 counts of filing false liquor records and conspiracy to hide

his "business associates" - all tied to the MOB.

Her dad was charged again in 1953 for falsifying more "business" records and

guess who defended Cindy's dad back then------ Wiliiam Rehnquist , the future

Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.

FYI - The Obamas didn't purchase the Rezko's property in full but did buy a very

small section to enlarge their backyard. This transaction was fully vetted and

approved by the Northern Trust Bank, a very respected, world-wide, long established

conservative, Republican Bank.

Which means that the Rezkos are still paying taxes on it. (Some might call that an ongoing bribe.) Strange, considering :"There appears to be no access from the street to the property Rezko purchased except through the Obamas' driveway. It is, in other words, the yard of the Obamas' house."
