UNLUCKY-at-love Broadway landlord Eric Nederlander has at least one consistent pursuer - the IRS. The theater scion, whose first wife, Jessica, left him shortly after their honeymoon for Jerry Seinfeld, has been socked with a lien to the tune of $223,693.
