Obama: "I'm Cropping A Lot Of Gray Hair Over The Last Year And A Half"

Obama jokes with ABC's Charlie Gibson when asked about his youthfulness. "Well, in order to deal with the first problem, that I'm very young, I'm cropping a lot of gray hair over the last year and a half," the told the anchor in an interview for "World News."

More seriously, he adds, "But there is no doubt that as somebody who has not been in the national political scene as long as John McCain, that people are going to have more questions, and I think that's perfectly appropriate."

Obama also said, "The main purpose of the trip from my perspective is looking at some of the most critical issues that the next president is going to have to deal with and developing some relationships that I think might be useful in solving some of those problems."

All presidents age dramatically due to extreme degrees of stress inherent in the position and responsibilities they hold. Obama is no different. By the end of his first term he will be knee-deep in correcting the damage left by this administration, He may look like actor Morgan Freeman's character, President Tom Beck, in the film Deep Impact considering what he will have to clean up after the most irresponsible administration in modern history.

Well The Presidency ages you 10-15 years every 4 years.

John McCain will be "82" in 2012 - Obama will be "56"

In 2016 McCain will be "92", Obama will be "66".

Even at 66 most of us can still function really well - after 80, we start to decline.

I have yet to see anyone who has held the oval for long to not be more gray and lose the skin of youth but I think many of the candidates have colored their hair to cover is before they actually get there. Most candidates try to look youthful and cover up the aging process like Mitt who has for sure tied up greician formula or color for men on his hair with all his millions..... McCain's hair isn't much to look at but his face and the large gland and the general look about him is so "old" and "ill" that I cannot see him being fit enough to be in the job without being dead and ending up with the VP.

Charlie Gibson comes across as some smug, condescending, patronizing old grump. He has that cocky, leaned over, looking over his glasses and down his nose attitude that irritates the hell right out of me. He talks to Obama like he's some toddler when he is actually older than Clinton was during his 1st run at the Presidency.

He acts completely different when he interviews McSame. For that fact, they all do. Couric, Williams, Andrea Mitchell...all of them act like the sun rises and sets in the crack of McCain's behind.

I can hardly make it through a day when my disdain for the press doesn't grow.

What is Charlie Gibson's issue?
That Main Stream Media moron is a real gadfly.
He keeps hammering at a poll is if polls are the final say on how Americans function.

When it was suggested to Cheney that a poll of Americans showed their disapproval to the bush administration's destructive policies, Cheney's response was, "So?"

And no one in the media, Gibson included, took Cheney to task for brazenly brushing aside the opinion of Americans.

Gibson is one of those lazy and obsequious media personalities who sat on his fanny while Americans were goaded into and UNPROVOKED war in Iraq.
Now Gibson continues carry water for McBush, who will continue America down a path that will most certainly leader to even greater destruction.

Leave it to the highly intelligent and visionary Obama to provide answers that are beyond the seemingly narrow thinking of the Main Stream Media morons, who continue to be more of a BUSINESS and less of a service to properly inform Americans.
