Ladies, it's time to re-cast your miscarriage from "tragedy" to "20-25 vacations in Europe." On Monday, a new government study found that middle-class families will spend an average of $204,060 to raise a child born in 2007 until his or her 18th birthday. The USDA also found that children get more expensive as they get older, with teens costing the most. Child-rearing costs have soared since USDA began conducting its annual study in 1960.

Everyone born without parents agrees with this study.

I love the anti-child rants of the far left. Overpopulation has been a buzz word for, what, FORTY years now? As it will for the next forty.

Another study showed that all the world's population could be put into the state of Texas with 1/4 acre for every man, woman and child.

It's the Republicans who have formed plans to decrease the population of the world, starting with Kissinger in the mid 1970's. They just play the fools who vote for them by claiming their anti-abortion platform. It's just for votes. Why is it if god is pro-life that HE SENT HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON TO BE TORTURED TO DEATH? This is a post birth abortion by god for his son that god loved so much.

The Italians figured this out years ago. The country that used to be known for its boisterous extended families is now becoming known for its contented couples with lots of disposable income to play with. When my father was born the U.S. population was just 150 million. When I was born it hadn't yet reached 200 million. Now that its over 300 million its time for people to rethink their priorities. Being 'selfishly' childless may be the only way to SAVE the planet!
