What a brainy, zany guy. Hear tell he's looking for a talk show host job when he leaves the WH, or a visiting scholar gig. With his academic credentials, his quick wit and silver tongue he's a shoo-in for six figures. Well, maybe his dad will set him up with a gig somewhere doing something that requires no achievement, thought or scholarship, the way he's done all of w's life.

Nobody he knows needs it, so what's the problem? You can't expect this genius to keep track of EVERYTHING. He hires incompetants such as himself to take care of this "bidness" as they say in Texaas.

If we have a serious foreclosure issue it's pretty well hidden! We are not seeing huge numbers of For Sale signs. It's a developed housing market, reliant on NYC commuter demand and has come through this "crisis" very well, so well in fact I am not even sure our county stats would show a decline.

Todays local paper introduces us to the servives of a place called Novadebt, a private enterprise where he held this event. Seems to me like another chance for commercial pals of the Bush to make money off this mess.

Guess the idea of going to a city like Detroit which is really hard hit, and giving the remarks at a non profit where they are desperately needed did not occur to him.

But then, he also had no idea we are nearing 4 dollar gasoline.
