The conservative group Freedom's Watch, headlined by two former senior White House officials, had been expected to be a deep-pocketed juggernaut in this year's presidential election, heralded by supporters on the right as an aggressive counterweight to MoveOn.org, George Soros and the like.

But after a splashy debut last summer, in which it spent $15 million in a nationwide advertising blitz supporting President Bush's troop escalation in Iraq, the group has been mostly quiet, beset by internal problems that have paralyzed it and raised questions about what kind of role, if any, it will actually play this fall.

When Ari Fleischer warned, "Americans better watch what they do, watch what they say", I was sure he wasn't a U.S. citizen, but he's still here.

Ari Fleischer another warmongering low life.

George Soros a human being I really respect and admire.

SEQUOIA,perfect opener, these profiteering scumbags advocate the sacrifice of more American lives and money to line their own pockets. Why some kid from Iowa should get killed to satisfy their agenda is not clear to me.False patriotism is not strictly an American folly, but we are much better at it than most.,and these crooks are only taking advantage of an open bank vault.Bush has given control of the country's assets and military to the Neocons and they're loading the trucks. If we complain we'll be called unpatriotic.

Freedom Watch has based its agenda on propping up the Bush/ GOP/ war agenda with special attention to rewriting history through the Ailes principle, which is simply the use of modern media in repeating a lie so often that it becomes ingrained in the daily American vernacular.

I always say, Greed Kills. The whole multi/global corporatism won't work. You actually have to pay people enough so they can buy your stuff. They all got stupid cause they couldn't see through the green colored glasses they've been wearing. Ari was just another one of them greedy insiders running with the crowd, hoping to get some.

They are not green colored glasses. They're magic glasses the same ones Dick Cheney wears fishing. They also used these glasses to see the weapons of mass destruction.

I just love how these jerkoffs use words like FREEDOM'S WATCH when in fact they were the ones hoping desperately for a thousand year permanent republican reich. Who believe the rich have the right to rule and believe that unions, fair wages, and the Constitution are anti "American".

They are as anti Freedom as one can imagine.

The truth???

They LAUGH at the truth. They are the true embodiment of TRUTHINESS.

They also are desperate for ANYTHING that that supports their world view of "the way things ought to be".

One of the more interesting things about these ignoramuses is how they decide just what a liberal/progressive/ democrat is REALLY Thinking and what THEY REALLLLLY mean with what they say.

What is with these people that the truth is so dangerous to them???

I think this is an omen of what lies ahead for the republican party. McCain's got lots of red flags in his corner that haven't been unearthed, but when they do I'm sure he's going to lose his cool and the whole world will see the "real McCain".

Yea freedom watch the name fits these neocon asswipes. They support others going off to fight for freedom while sit on their ass and watch. They support Bush which means they give aid and comfort to the enemy. They should change their name to traitor watch...

"Freedom Watch" is a particularly Orwellian sounding name for a group like this.

They deserve a slow and painful death. This group s mission was set up only to promote Bush's Illegal War and the neocon agenda. Good bye and good riddance.

This image is frightening, and it suggests we should militarize our factories to compete with the Chinese. Here is a cause. This process is monstrous and although it has totalitarian appeal, even though some Corporations like relocation there, I cannot help but feel that we have been taken by surprise; we are not fully cognizant of what we have given birth to here..

If we do not act to show our displeasure over Tibet we are making a serious error. We ought to restrict the sale of high tech equipment to them, before we are beating our chest in dire regret.

I will never forget Fleisher's interview when he was first promoting this group. He proudly showed the first ad, and when he was asked the name of the injured soldier who was in the ad, he said he did not know his name.

I don't like the idea of unlimited funds spent to alter the progress of this country anyway.

I'm thinking we've just about had all the republican/conservative/right wing nut/religious right
governance we can handle...

Fleischer ought to get a real job somehwere and do some real work..

It's the cursed money from the McMicking Trust that Ambassador Leach contributed to "Freedom's Watch" that is probably afflicting the organization. The same money was used to fund the Florida Recount of 2000 ... that surely had a negative outcome for everyone involved.

The Ghosts of Bataan who were frozen out of compensation by the 1951 Peace Treaty for their ill treatment as Slave Laborers under the Imperial Japanese while men like Col McMicking and other members of the US Military and Government , and the Emperor Hirohito were allowed to split the wealth that Japanese stole from the nations they occupied ...

If that isn't the reason for a curse I don't know what is.

So far, so good.

In the age of citizen/community journalists and the internet - these type of Mayberry Mafia/BUSHCO cliches are open to every type of scrutiny available.

They can't hide behind that curtain in Emerald City any longer.

We got their name, and we got their game.....

No more, Mr. Nice Guy
No more "PC"
No more Mr. Nice Guy
Clip them at the knee.

Ari Fleischer screwing things up? That's so unlike him and his record of screwing things up.

Let's face the facts. These conservative groups are reluctant to spend a dime this year because they know they will just be wasting their money. Short of a terrorist attack on the US, the right-wingers have no chance at widespread success in 11/08. They need to save their money for the rollback of Bush's tax breaks for the wealthy.

but how would that help when the reason we're at war is to keep that from happening.

Ari Fleischer at WH press conference, "Americans better watch what they say, watch what they do."

Who is Ari Fleischer? Why is he warning Americans? Why doesn't he respect our Constitution and Bill of Rights? Who is this guy?

Ari Flusher was the original WH press secretary. He served before Sweaty McClellan. Flusher is incapable of telling the truth. If you ask him the color of the sky, he'll hesitate before he answers. He's a bottom feeder, and a pathological liar. He's the type who lies even when he doesn't have to. He loved having the WH gig because he could finally get himself laid. Which speaks volumes about the generosity of women.

He used to the WH "spokesperson". I think before Tony Snowjob took over.
