Party Leaders Push To Avoid Long Nomination Fight

Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton unveiled new negative television ads and attacked each other personally from the stump this weekend ahead of Tuesday's Pennsylvania primary, stoking more worries among Democrats that the party's eventual nominee will head into the general election badly damaged.

The rising vitriol is prompting more Democrats to demand that party leaders do something to end the battle. But no single leader or clique exists within the fractious party to end the fight, and those with influence insist voters must have their say.

He's intelligent, he's picked a crucial issue to champion and done a great job, and right now, as this country teeters on the brink of collapse, he won't step up. He disappoints.

LOL, O I K.. A great indicator is Faux reporting! There is a build up of articles of WSJ reporting assumptions such as "Unions back Obama". Um, no they don't! Reporters are running around with their heads chopped off because they can't get a source to back up their conspiracies. Just remember Mrs. Edwards back Hillary's Health Care plan. That is as close as a source you can get who the Edwards back in this election. The news media has it wrong, just like they did when Bush was more popular. History repeating itself this early, is so damaging. The Obama media is no different than the once before Bush supporting media. It took underground/internet activists to prove how wrong they are. Just like the facts between all candidates. Look at the voting records and they will back up the policies and plans all candidates spew about.
