Hillary Clinton was clearly having a blast during her drop-in appearance with Stephen Colbert here last Thursday, but her campaign's mood soured when aides learned Barack Obama would be appearing on the same show via satellite.
"I can't believe it -- he's such a copycat," fumed a person close to Clinton, telling Newsday that the candidate herself said was surprised by Obama's Colbert Nation invasion.

Obama spokesman Bill Burton says his boss was simply taking the show up on its repeated requests that he appear - and that the producers had suggested the Thursday time slot. (Colbert's spokeswoman didn't return calls for comment.) "I'm not surprised the Clinton campaign attacking us for going on the Colbert Report -- since their campaign is 100% negative," Burton said. "But I do have to say this is about the lamest attack they've come up with so far."

This is the last straw, but not just a regular straw, a really lame wimpy puny straw with holes in it. (And I voted for her for senator--twice.) I'm getting chest pains.

Hillary's a copy cat for being on The Daily Show. Barack was on three times.

God, her desperation is getting more desperate as time goes on. Can we say P-A-T-H-E-T-I-C??

Dig that grave, Hil... you'll soon be in it.

Are you kidding me??? With all the problems that the Bush Crime Syndicate is leaving us and all the crap that the anger management candidate McCain will lead us into, they are whining about a f*cking TV show???!!!

Oy vey! Now who sounds like they are out of touch?

She probably just thought she was "entitled."

What she's really sore about, but afraid to say because she'd alienate a HUGE audience, is that she's pissed at Stephen Colbert for ripping on her continuously AFTER her appearance on 'The Report'. Most likely she was NOT told it was going to happen that way either, and even John Edwards seemed to be taking shots at her on that show.

The same thing happened tonight on Olbermann. After her satellite appearance, Keith held nothing back in calling her on some of her rovian hypocrisy of late, that's REALLY been showing her desperation. EVERYTHING she's been accusing Senator Obama of the last week, she's been MORE guilty of herself in the recent past.

This is about as lame as Hillary claiming Obama had long-time aspirations to become president because of an essay he wrote as a kindergartener.

Is Hillary Clinton for "The Citizens" of the U.S.A.? That is the function of the "President", or is it for personal gain? She never divulged the truth. Why should she start now? Just check the 1996 bill submitted to congress by Hillary Clinton and look who saved all America's butts, which includes all our children. Everyone who watches Stephen Colbert knows very well that he invited both candidates to come on the show. Anybody who watches Stephen Celebrate The Democralypse knows that his viewer prefer OBama as evidence on donorschoose.org donations.

The Stephen Colbert Pennsylvania Straw Poll That Makes A Difference

Give in honor of Barack Obama
$156,922 by 2303 donors affecting 33334 students

Give in honor of Hillary Clinton
$29,151 by 322 donors affecting 8896 students

Hillary showed up on the show and pretended to know all about fixing the big screen even though obviously she doesn't. Very typical Hillary.
Barack showed up ON the big screen and put stupid political distractions on notice.

Laughing Out Loud at Camp Hillary. Don't these dolts know that the host decides who appears on his show and in what order? If he hadn't invited her, Hillary wouldn't be there, no matter how good an idea she thinks it was. As it turned out, Robert Colbert set it up perfectly. How ironic it is that Mr. Colbert's first droll question to Obama was about what Hillary would think of enabling Obama to appear on the show, and for Obama to "put distractions on notice." What a patsy Hillary is! What an ultra-maroon!

Apparently, some people in HRC's camp very seldom watch comedy shows unless, of course, their candidate makes an appearance. Plus, Colbert didn't interview HRC, I wonder if he'll interview Obama? If he does, watch out for the kitchen sink Colbert.
