People still giving money to Hillary only proves an old saying. A fool and his money is soon parted.

Time to get John Edwards on board with Obama

Help the working class realize it's better NOT to vote against your own financial interests

hilly..........You signed an agreement not to count votes in florida or Michigan , with Obama. Remember?
Your tactic is too ignore everyone and everything until you get what you want.

Pretty soon you'll be so deep in the mud you end up in China.

You are a disgrace to the female race.
I truly do not understand why some woman actually like this bulldozer.
I'm discussed by her presents.

Once again the Daily Show broke down Clinton's changing strategy on how to count the vote...
http://www.thedailyshow.com/video/index.jhtml?videoId=166850&title=indecision-2008-clintons

It comes down to this - don't count caucus voters, black voters, most states (because are they really states), don't count f***ing lever pullers (only super delegates count). Do rules apply to this women?

The one thing she has been the leader of - her campaign - she has mismanaged her people, her money, her strategy - perhaps the only thing she has managed well is manipulating the media and us to believe she is something she is not - and she is really good at that - old school politics.

I am amazed that hrc supporters find some substance in her other than she is a woman

I get that point - my mom, 77, would support her to the ends of the earth just to see a woman president in her lifetime

Dubbed as the "Queen of Pork" Clinton uses your tax $'s to climb the political ladder. If you don't have time to read the whole article, here is an excerpt from the end of the article. For those who care about the safety of our soldiers, it is particularly disturbing - http://www.rollingstone.com/politics/story/20306341/the_queen_of_pork/print

"Earmarking is only one small slice of the political cash game, but it has the advantage of being a slice we can actually see and quantify. And what we see of Hillary's record here suggests a couple of things. One: She has no qualms whatsoever about trading your tax money for personal political capital. And two: She likes to trade much of that money for favors in the defense sector, even if it hurts the people doing the defending.

As is often the case with defense earmarks, some of Hillary's pork spending is taken out of the Army's Operation and Maintenance budget, which is supposed to be used for troop-support initiatives like body armor. In simple terms, Hillary's rampant marauding of the defense budget takes money away from troops in the field. Soldiers wind up short on equipment, and Clinton winds up with hefty campaign contributions and free flights on private jets. Carrying charges, my boy, carrying charges!"

"campaign will have raised $10 million" That sounds like future perfect tense to me. In other words, they thought it might happen, but it hadn't happened yet. More spin.

Now that the 24 hrs is over, did the Clintons release how much they actually did raise?

Favorite    Flag as abusive Posted 09:24 AM on 04/24/2008

If they raised 10 million with 60,000 new donor, that would be $166 avg per donor. Sorry, I don't buy it. Of Obama's 1.4 mil donors they have raised an avg of $100 per donor.

And still run out of money on May 2nd (a campaign costs 1 million per day)

talk about throwing good money after bad! These donors should give their money to people who need health care! If Swillery's campaign is moving along so wonderfully-why don't the Clintons "invest" some of their own millions in this "great campaign"??? Once a liar-ALWAYS a liar!!! Bye-Bye, Swillery!!!!!

You sure she didn't lend $ to herself? Like before, when she claimed the $5mil she loaned her campaign was part of her fundraising... it's counter productive anyway, because everytime they make an announcement I give another $25 to the Obama campaign... and I don't think I've reached my $2300 yet; it's all primary money. As I'm sure is true with many other Obama supporters...

this is just one more instance of Hillary's campaign doing her no favors. "On track to raise..." what a ridiculous statement. What happens when the numbers come out and people see how the stretched the truth to the breaking point once again.
Why does she have the worst people in the world working for her? and how can anyone vote for her knowing that these are the sorts of people she'll hire as President.

Why would any fool contribute to the train wreck which is the Clinton campaign? Contribute now and pay February's bills? I have been giving monthly to Barak. Terry Mcauliffe has inspired me to give Barak an extra donation this month. Terry Mcauliffe, the best fund raiser for the Obama campaign.

It's been way more than 24 hours. How's that $10 million coming along?

Favorite    Flag as abusive Posted 08:04 AM on 04/24/2008

So. Ron Paul raised over $10 million. Now that he's no longer in the race, and Hillary appears to pose the same "hidden" appeal, I wouldn't be surprised if that's where it originates.

That's because despite all the vicious anti-Clinton propaganda spewed by Huff Post and the MSM, Democrats know Hillary is the only candidate who can handle the problems we face as a nation.
Go Hillary!!!

Clinton is spinning that she had more popular votes to get money from the little people. She got more votes when she added her MI 's votes where Obama got NONE. So she has to count one more state where she got votes and Obama none to get ahead! How pathetic and desperate is that? She "won" by 133,000 where Obama had 0 vote and the "Uncommitted" is 238,000. So work our for yourself.

maybe the smart move would have been to leave your name on the ballot if you want to get some votes, poor judgement. Hillary will get about 75% of the Michigan delegates and they WILL BE SEATED

Favorite    Flag as abusive Posted 08:47 AM on 04/24/2008

she also didn't include the estimated popular vote totals from 4 caucus states.
what i hate about her campaign the most is that it is entirely based on the premise that everyone else, the voters, the super delegates, the press are stupid. Although the press might actually be stupid.

Is Hillary on uppers?

It is just amazing that she becomes hyper and particularly energized at the end of a primary.
Obama is exhausted and Hillary seems 'high' ...not only when she wins, but the week before the
end of a contest or debate, she buzzes.
Shouldn't there be a urine testing?

I believe she is. Google Mena, Arkansas airport-Clinton cocaine highway If people don't wake up soon about who ,Hillary really is, this country is screwed. All you have to do is google Hillary and you would find out. The problem with people is they don't want to know, until they vote, and it's to late.

Why did your candiate block the revote in MI? Since he's responsible for stopping the revote, the orginal vote should stand AS IS.

He can't have it both ways. He had every opportunity to put his name on the ballet. He's a coward.

You forgot Barack Obama. Did you know his parents met in Selma-- a couple years after he was born? He also had no idea Rev Wright said controversial things, until he did.

I especially enjoyed how he pretended to want a revote in MI while his people were doing everything they could behind the scenes to stop one. He new a new vote there would be full of fail for him.

Favorite    Flag as abusive Posted 07:07 AM on 04/24/2008

he never said his parents met in Selma, he said his parents met because of what happened in Selma.
He never said that he had no idea that Rev Wright said controversial things, he said he hadn't heard the things that were played over and over on the news. People who have tried to say otherwise have been made a fool of.
Hillary Clinton didn't want a revote in Michigan, she wanted to make a big stink about it but leave it as it is so she could continue to make a big stink about it. The truth is that she would have lost a revote. anyone who thinks that a person who got 55% of the vote running against no one wouldn't lose if they ran against a someone is delusional. Obama wanted a fair revote or nothing and that is what he said. He wanted to be able to register new voters. He wanted to let Democrats who voted in the Republican primary because they wanted their vote to count to participate in a revote. Hillary didn't.
I really don't think Clinton supporters should get into debates about truthfulness. She is a liar. you can say that you don't care, but you cannot say that is not true.

Obama blocked a re-vote in FL and MI, he would lose big in both States and wouldn't be able to win them in November. Obama is like a football team trying to run out the clock, IT NEVER WORKS

It's a shame her spokespeople have to resort to saying things like "On track to" when they really can't prove she'll raise ten million.

Sounds more like a shill game to me. Convince the masses that "Hey everyone else is donating, I should too!" which of course is pure BS. Ten million?

Well anything is possible but I ain't bettin' a nickel on it actually happening.

BUT like all of Hillary's words, it sounds great, but somehow the delivery just isn't there....is it.

She is still in debt- and unless she ponys up some more of her millions she will stay there. She will only be able to concentrate on one state. Unfortunately, that is the state where i live. Thank God i live in the Blue Corner, where our media all comes out of Chicago.
